Well phone arrived, but not the condition it should have been, sent phone back, which was easy and free ! Called their customer service, wow very helpful, agreed to send me the same phone but upgraded at no extra cost. Very professional service. Arrived the next day, what can I say. Thank-you grade mobile, have a great Xmas
