The fact that Grade Mobile are sending me a replacement phone even BEFORE they have checked my old one speaks VOLUMES about the exceptional quality of customer service this lady has provided me with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone wanting a phone and when I buy one for my wife, this company will be the ONLY one that I will deal with
