Was quoted £172 for my phone which was immaculate and had not a scratch on it. Was then sent an email saying the housing was damaged and the case was broken and the screen cracked with screen burn offering me £6.20. I refused and was then offered £30 which I refused again telling them to send my phone back. I took pictures to prove this as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPING OFF
