Sounds like a trend of offering one price then when received getting a much lower price.
I sold my pixel 3 at a quoted price of £140 and they gave me £59.13 for it..... Forget trying to get in contact with them as they don't answer emails or phone calls. Absolute sham of a company that I have reported to trading standards.
Avoid.
