Ordered an iPad arrived with 28% battery, the battery wouldn’t charge, there was a line down the middle of the screen that didn’t disappear.
I’ve asked for my money back and had to go through a lengthy returns procedure, I’m yet to receive confirmation I will get my refund.
This company concerns me due to the standard of product I received not fit for purpose on arrival, along with their returns & refund policy.
