Ordered a mural from Graham & Brown at high cost (>£300), and what we received was a non-centered, unworkable design with a tiniest crop/section to use for the last panel. We had a professional decorator installing it, who also said it was totally unworkable and printed incorrectly. After contacting support to ask for a re-print (not a refund, simply sending out something correct!), they're essentially said "Tough luck, we think it's fine" - so that's £300+ down the drain we won't get back.... Had planned to use Graham & Brown for all our rennovation/redecoration but after this experience we'll look elsewhere, as will our decorator who has always recommended them in the past. Really poor and disappointing experience with extremely sub-standard shipped products.
