I ordered the "Made to Order" Organdy Sage Roller Blind on August 3rd for AU$479. After a full month of waiting, the blind that was shipped out on September 3rd was a completely different colour to the one advertised - it's significantly paler and almost unrecognisable from the website photos. My experience with customer service was just as disappointing. Anam from their team dismissed my clear photographic evidence, stating, "we do not observe any issues with the color." I was then falsely told that samples are shipped for free, which is untrue; the charge was $18 to Australia, and I sent them a screenshot to prove it. After all this, I was offered a 25% refund for a product that was clearly not as described. A very poor experience with no satisfactory resolution. Be wary of their misleading product images and unhelpful support.
