We are in Australia and my daughter chose a wallpaper from your website that was shown to be in stock. We ordered and paid for a sample, that took 2+ weeks to arrive and it was the wrong sample. We waited another 2+ weeks for the correct sample and ordered 2 rolls. Once it was ordered we were told that we were getting a full refund as you were actually out of stock (contrary to website) and were not planning to reprint it. Well over a month wasted when we could have found another product. Why send a sample if the product is not available? Not willing to choose another G&B paper either.
