This was not a BAD experience, it was a HORRENDOUS experience. I ordered a mural that, when pictured on the page, had a scattering of little beautiful butterflies. When the package arrived, I could immediately see that these weren't little butterflies but mammoth creatures!!!! When I contacted the service department, I was told that they have a 'no-return' policy and that I should have seen that pronouncement at the bottom of the website. I RE-VISITED THE WEBSITE AND THEIR WAS NO POLICY LISTED unless the visitor scanned through reams of other announcements to click on return policy. This 'item' cost $175.00 and now I have to eat it? If there was less than one star, this so called company would get it. Mrs. Silberg, Los Angeles, California
