Bought a couch from Grandin Road, with shipping it came to just over $2200. The couch had substantial damage to top left corner near headrest. Wanted to check it at delivery but shippers refused and said it was “drop and go” which was a new one on me. The company offered a $258 dollar refund. Never again, buyer beware.
