I ordered three 34” seat height bar chairs. I called customer service beforehand to make sure they actually had stools that height and that they were in stock. I was assured that they did and so I ordered them. The three stools weee all counter height not bar height. When I spoke to customer service they could not explain the problem.
At the time I was pleased to hear they would pick them up for return. Otherwise I’m not sure how I would have arranged for the return given the size of the boxes.
That was Thursday and I was told they would be picked up on the next day. The boxes were to be left outside.
I was away and unable to verify pick up.
On Sunday a neighbor called to question why they were out front.
I was assured they would be picked up Monday, Labor Day, or Tuesday at the latest. I called on Tuesday to be advised they would be picked yap midday.
Again, no pickup.
Yet another person advised that I could call UPS myself! I was then told UPS has 5 days to pick up return packages. She said most people just bring the packages in and out daily waiting for the pickup- not something I can do at a distance.
I am now waiting to see if they are picked up before “Fridays the latest”.
I got no response to who is responsible if they are stolen in the meantime.
I have been a customer for a number of years but I will not be a customer again.
Last note- they gave me a 25. Gift certificate for my troubles!
