I participated in the Mountains of Laos cycling tour in 2019. The Grasshopper team was excellent, very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. In particular, our local tour guide Phon was outstanding. He was essential to connecting with local village people, visit remote villages, and explore exotic food. The only reason why I don't give 5 starts is that we faced some traffic congestions from the railroad construction at the beginning of the tour, though nothing dangerous for bicyclists.
