Made 3 separate orders with the guys for a BBQ, some cast iron grill grates and then finally a rotisserie. Everything has been spot on, also their online chat has always helped me out with questions on spec etc. their recent addition of a "pre loved" section is a game changer, overall very impressed with both the products and the company.
