“Fantastic customer care. Top quality products. I’ve got a v2 Kamado, had a problem with the hinge. They replaced the kamado within a day or so. Fire bowl cracked, replaced, no questions asked. Brilliant, would highly recommend them.”

“We've had our V1 for nearly four years now, and we've used it at least once a week. Fantastic, and there is no comparison to cooking the food in the oven. I am looking to get a V2 and talking to Kama Gear about a "trade-in" They have recently moved to a warehouse facility near Junction 11 on the M1, so it's far easier to get there. We went up there last week to pick up several bags of charcoal and our new cover, as the old one had taken a battering from the UK weather, which is very unforgiving. Great company to deal with.”
