“Continued to spam my email despite requests not to. No contact numbers so online chat, where they were rude and dismissive. Then tried to remove negative reviews. God help anyone that needs any support or service from them. Avoid!”

“I have just used the Grden V2 for the first time and had a fantastic result cooking a slow roasted shoulder of lamb with a tray of boulangier potatoes, field mushrooms, green beans and mangetout. The Bluetooth thermometer was a sinch to use, so I could easily monitor everything from indoors while it was blowing a storm outside. The V2 was very heavy to move but once in place looks fantastic. I opted for a stand alone olive version to fit my outdoor kitchen. The grilling surface is enormous with plenty of room and options of multi level cooking. I found temperature control relatively easy and there are countless YouTube videos to assist. I also found the Big Green Egg website very useful. I am very pleased with the V2 and look forward to year long outdoor cooking.”

“The quality of the build is really impressive with really nice finishing all around. Paired with the acacia wood stand, it’s a lovely addition to my garden. The service from Grden was exemplary too. They dropped it off despite the fact I said I’d collect it as they were passing through. They responded to my text messages immediately when I had a couple of questions about setup. Would highly recommend.”

“So far i have bought 2 kamados and a large range of accessories from Grden and every time I have had dealings with them they have been exemplary. Quick to respond to questions, reassuring and patient. And their products speak for themselves, value for money and overall quality is just outstanding. “Previously had a Minimax BGE but was neverv happy with it. The Grden Kamado has proved to be excellent and very well made. Onl;y one small issue where the closing mechanism gets in thye way of the pizza Kamodough. I sorted it bu turning the lock uposide down.”

“Purchased the V1 when it first launched and it still looks as good as new, witch a fantastic glazed outer finish. Came with all you need to get cooking and since then having purchased a few extra bits like the Soapstone to give even more options for cooking. Its been a great purchase and the aftersales is also top level, always good advice and helpful. 10/10.”
