“I was wary of using a non-Komado Joe provider, as they provide such a good warranty. However, I needn't have worried. My soapstone turned up, and wow, what a heavy piece of kit and absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, it had some slight imperfections around the edges. I highlighted this with the customer service team, and got a really swift response in a very short space of time, with absolutely no quibble. They replaced this item for me. This is a tremendous piece of kit. I haven't used the new one yet, but the way in which they dealt with it and managed the replacement was absolutely spot-on. Would highly recommend these guys and their kit!”
