Hi John, Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, but we do feel a 1-star rating is pretty harsh. You chose our free delivery option, which is clearly marked as slower than express. If speed was a priority, the express upgrade would’ve been the way to go. Either way, we hope the cooking surfaces are doing the job now they’ve arrived. Thank you Customer experience Team

“Continued to spam my email despite requests not to. No contact numbers so online chat, where they were rude and dismissive. Then tried to remove negative reviews. God help anyone that needs any support or service from them. Avoid!”

“Placed order for v2 Kamado with stand and only the grill arrived with no stand and no comms whatsoever. Took another 6 weeks for the stand to arrive. Eventually got to try and was pretty happy with it and quality of grill. Left without cover overnight as still very hot and some rain overnight led to rust as per pics. The owner just shrugged this off and claimed it’s normal wear and tear - first time used. Temp gauge also faulty and won’t send replacement. Considering nearly £2k spent on a BBQ appalled at the level of customer service. Generally the grill itself is solid and feels like a top quality product - apart from the rust issues.”
