Placed order for v2 Kamado with stand and only the grill arrived with no stand and no comms whatsoever. Took another 6 weeks for the stand to arrive. Eventually got to try and was pretty happy with it and quality of grill. Left without cover overnight as still very hot and some rain overnight led to rust as per pics. The owner just shrugged this off and claimed it’s normal wear and tear - first time used. Temp gauge also faulty and won’t send replacement. Considering nearly £2k spent on a BBQ appalled at the level of customer service. Generally the grill itself is solid and feels like a top quality product - apart from the rust issues.
