It arrived well packed and is definitely a two person lift. Once assembled it’s solid and easy to move about on the cart. Used it once so fat for 3 hour ribs which turned out great. Found I needed two hands to adjust the top vent as bottom part moved when I needed to adjust top. No big deal but might be for someone else. Apart from that very very happy with it so far. ( and side tables really make a difference)
