“Easy to order prompt response to any questions, helped with finding local charcoal supplier, would have been better if they had checked our collection time having driven a long way to collect! Still waiting for the stand with no update on possible delivery.”

“The general wording and delivery was great,but I had the central divider for the charcoal basket missing!After 5 emails I finally got a response. Being told it was in the box! After another 3 messages I was then told it would be sent out to me, not arrived as of this day so far.”

“The item is fine not used yet but the delivery was quick my only issues are the item wasn't in another box which ment the person it was for now knows what they have for there birthday and the delivery company left a £200 package on the door step”
