I have just used the Grden V2 for the first time and had a fantastic result cooking a slow roasted shoulder of lamb with a tray of boulangier potatoes, field mushrooms, green beans and mangetout. The Bluetooth thermometer was a sinch to use, so I could easily monitor everything from indoors while it was blowing a storm outside.
The V2 was very heavy to move but once in place looks fantastic. I opted for a stand alone olive version to fit my outdoor kitchen.
The grilling surface is enormous with plenty of room and options of multi level cooking. I found temperature control relatively easy and there are countless YouTube videos to assist. I also found the Big Green Egg website very useful.
I am very pleased with the V2 and look forward to year long outdoor cooking.
