Initial query - advised of how works would be carried out, timeframe etc , given a first available date. Quote was given and then emailed formally with Contract on line - comfort of knowing dealing with a reputable company. Work commenced on agreed date arriving at 7.45 and completed at 15.30 - no mess. Excellent job and lovely company to deal with - thorough and efficient.
