I have now been waiting coming up three weeks on my materials to arrive with no communication or replies from customer service.
From other reviews they seem to cite coronavirus as the reason but i have ordered from many other websites during this and not had such a long wait or been recieving no customer support at all.
Do not be fooled by the low prices, support other small businesses who will respect you and your time.
