We have never had a better experience picking out and purchasing flooring...and we've ordered plenty of hardwood, tile and carpet in the past. We especially appreciate the personalized customer service that Greenflooring provided. Our representative, Jordan, assisted us in making sure we ordered the appropriate amount. Jordan also gave us progress updates on when our flooring would ship and helped us make contact with the warehouse. There was also follow-up emails once we had picked up the flooring.
