I am a fan of the Osmo polyx oil that Green Flooring Supply sells. Their price for the Osmo is competitive and the customer service has been great. Each time I have ordered the shipping has been prompt and the packaging kept the cans from getting damaged. The Osmo polyx oil is my new favorite floor sealer. It is very durable, and I have been using it in my rental houses. It takes more labor to apply, but it can be spot refinished and blends perfectly if large scratches happen or high traffic areas need to be touched up. For a reference, I used (3) 2.5 liter cans for two coats of Osmo on 1000 square ft. of Red oak. I also have finished doors and trim with Osmo, again, spot refinish if ever needed.
