I’ve never had such a good customer experience as my recent purchase from greenflooring. I called them looking for some flooring that had been discontinued. They were my 10th call or so. I wasn’t expecting much but Jorden told me he had a place to check and would follow up with me. I honestly didn’t expect to hear from him again. But sure enough I got a call back that ge had found some. So naturally I bought it as I’m trying to match a small area that got damaged. Then the flooring somehow got lost by fedex - no fault of greenflooring. I called greenflooring back and explained what happened. They talked with fedex and then went ahead and found some more and had it immediately shipped out. I got it this week and it matches! I will be using greenflooring for any future flooring needs! I highly recommend!!
