From the moment I contacted them about the engineered flooring I was interested in (having seen a sample in a local flooring store), they were on top of my request. They gave me a much better price and were very flexible about when it would be delivered. I didn't need it immediatly. A few days before the original shipping date I was contacted by phone and was given the opportunity to move up the delivery a few days. It worked out perfectly. Delivery was by a small female from Fedex who had everything under control. None of the boxes of flooring were damaged in any way. All was PERFECT!!!
