Jorden was extremely helpful during the ordering process and went above and beyond when my product arrived with manufacturing defects. He coordinated a return of two pallets of product and even had the manufacturer call me to ensure that they would rectify the situation. He honored the sale price I paid to replace the damaged product with a different one and ensured that it was manufactured in a different facility and had a quality check before shipping. He has also been a helpful resource for a couple of installation questions. As a real estate professional, I wish all vendors were like Jorden.
