GMG intentionally misleads customers into believing they are purchasing complete, full release titles due to their refusal to label early access and unfinished titles. I understand getting a refund was out of the question after I redeemed my key, but customer support was not only unhelpful, but actively demeaning in attempting to lecture the customer, blaming the customer and eschewing any responsibility for providing vital information for an informed purchase.
