A total disgrace of a company, I have had nothing but problems with them. Put my account on hold for a year telling me it would only take a few weeks to sort out, canceled my direct debit without telling me then hit me for a huge bill. deleted my meter readings from my account and put in their own. so many other problems, an absolute nightmare of a company.
