If you value your sanity you will not use this Company. Awful billing issues I really don’t believe they know what they are doing. Different figures provided by different departments. Trying to double my DD when I’m already paying what I should for what I’m using. At one point in the negotiations I honestly believed they had got the wrong customer number. They have worn me down and I’ve paid a balance I’m not convinced I owe. I joined them after reading a Which report!!! I won’t be influenced again in the same way. Save yourself time and energy... look elsewhere.
