Terrible customer service, often takes over an hour on the phone with holding times to get through to some one. Each time the advisors tell you something different, I kept receiving debt emails/letters for my previous address and for months was told it was down to an error. Then was told I actually owe over £200 and the reasoning for being told it was an error so many times previously was that all the previous advisors didn't know what they was talking about or couldn't understand me! Incorrect bills, poor customer service.
