Furious, I have given Green Star readings on a regular basis.
I decided to switch to another supplier.
Without warning they took £1065 from my bank account as my final bill.
I managed to get it reversed but now have to negotiate & pay!
How on earth can you give regular readings & end up £1065 out????
Now I am looking at debt collection as I can’t pay that amount!
If it was under for so long why wasn’t it adjusted monthly?
I am really upset & angry I will also put this in every site to warn people!
