Avoid this company!
Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Companies like this should be shut down, customer service non existent. Had a complaint with this company for over 9 months after they decided to switch my meter readings to benefit themselves. Been through the ombudsman process twice now still not been corrected.
