Issues with access to account.
Numerous requests in order to have access to online account ignored.
When I eventually got through to speak to someone I was accidentally (!) transferred through to the Customer Relations Team.
Mid-conversation, my wife was listening to my phone conversation, it transpired that my wife had issues with Hudson Energy (aka Green Star) and already had a complaint lodged with Hudson Energy. We had been overpaying on our oil bill and they had accrued almost £1000 in credit.
