Awful awful awful people. Just HORRIBLE to deal with.
They put you in financially vulnerable positions with their bills.
They are absolutely useless. Their staff (Amy Greening in Customer Care, LOL, customer care....) literally couldn't sound like she gave a single hoot. NOT A CARE. Useless company.
