An absolute scam of a company. We were lied to when we bought our house with regards to the management company. We had no idea they'd be embedded in our house deeds, effectively tieing you too them and allowing them to increase their fees with hugely inflated made up costs year on year that you can't do anything about. A total scam that the council and developers are all in on. How this is allowed in this day and age is criminal. A truly disgusting company who are taking advantage of a legal loophole that even the Government seems to be turning a blind eye too. If you are thinking of buying a house with scammers Greenbelt being the management company, DO NOT DO IT!
