I have contacted Green belt recently to query their charges as the estate which we have moved to is poorly maintained. Green belt have advised me to take these issues up with the housing developer despite asking me to pay a £200 yearly charge. If Greenbelt aren’t going to fix the issues I’m paying for, then I’m not making any payment.
