I received the wrong goods, but not only that the items that did arrive, were broken. I reported it on the day the delivery arrived and over a week later, I am waiting for customer services to respond to me and confirm that either an exchange or a refund would be offered. I would have been happy to accept an exchange, as I understand mistakes happen, but it's now too late, as the birthday the products were purchased for was 10 days ago. Where is my refund?
