Absolutely dire. I’ve been paying for a service for years and never used it. The one time I needed them they claimed they couldn’t recover me because I was within 1/4 mile from home (it was actually just over!). They left a lone female to walk home at dusk, and precariously abandon a van on a very busy 60mph a-road, with no street lights!
