No updates, not informing the technician that they needed to bring just one solitary bolt to fix my car, no organising a relay to get me home or hotel to stay in overnight in zero degrees until it was too late to do anything else 160 miles from home. I arranged my own recovery home, shame you couldn’t do your jobs.
Left for over 12 hours at the side of the road.
Utterly disgusting customer “service”.
