We had a puncture on a little known road in the Yorkshire Dales. We had no idea where. A Green Flag transporter was with us within the hour. We used “3 words” and we were found quickly. The smiling, happy driver loaded our car and whisked us back home.
The person at the end of the phone line was helpful and did her job with a smile (well, it certainly sounded as if she was smiling!). GREAT!!
