On 14/8/2022 I was returning from Kings Lynn to Nottiingham when the warning light in my car informed me that the coolant level was low and that it must be topped up. I could get no help from the Esso Service Station at Bicker Bar so I 'phoned Green Flag, I am partially deaf and it can be very difficult for anyone to converse with me ,but the gentleman at Green Flag had limitless patience and told me he would have a technician with me in 50 minutes he was there in 45. After a thorough inspection he was able to assure me that it was a sensor malfunction and that I could safely continue my journey. I would like to say that I am grateful both for the swift response in answering the 'phone and attending my breakdown.
