Left a mother and 7yr old boy stranded due to classifying the breakdown as the "same issue within 28 days" despite the symptoms being entirely different.
When I challenged the operator he just repeated the same lines over and over again before suggesting I pay £150 for it to be resolved.
Holding a mother and child ransom like that is disgusting. Expect a chargeback on the card. Absolute scammers.
