Contacted Green Flag at 2.23 pm regarding my vehicle would not start.
I was given a time of between 4.30 to 6.60 pm. !! After 6.30 pm I contacted the garage company assigned to me to ask where they were and was told it would be another half an hour at which point I cancelled as i was not going to be in,and reappointed for the Sunday morning between the hour of 9am to 11am. No update from the garage at this time (8.45)
Terrible service so far. And no contact from Green Flag either.Appalling service.
