Absolutely rubbish service, from being mis-sold a policy the I have to pay £40 per call out to a poor mechanic who turned up without the tools required, he even told me the spark tool was a specialised item, which I Iater brought at Halfords. His company then wanted £138 to replace the faulty spark plug......... I purchased the spark plug socket and 3 spark plugs for £40 and replaced all 3 spark plugs in about 30 minutes.
Green Flag are a rip off.
