Broke down on the 3rd lane of the motorway after my engine blew, none of them knew ANYTHING. It was like speaking to children. Beyond rude and unbelievably bad at their jobs, don’t even think they’d had any customer service training with their attitudes. In that moment you need them to listen and understand and help, they do nothing to actually help you. Worst company in the world, no point ever ringing them for help.
