This company is a big fraud. They offer you their own insurance and then say “keep your own too, there are always some kind of damages. You can get your money back.” What?! I rent cars all over the world and only in UK I got so frauded. And yes, they somehow found a scratch conveniently by cleaning the car in exact spot with some rug.
I am disgusted. The worst part of my trip to UK.
