Very friendly staff at the East Midlands airport Hilton hotel branch. Got an automatic upgrade car as I have hire previously. I booked a Fiat 500 and received a Citroen c3 which was unmarked. You might have to wait up to 30 mins for collection at the airport due to staff shortages with the pandemic.
