Three employees that attended us did not provide us with a claiming form when we asked for it. We were charged 285€ for a very tiny scratch that the car had when we collected it upon arrival.
Furthermore, their behaviour was extremely rude, shouting at us and not letting us write on one of the forms we signed that we did not agree with the charge they took from our credit card. One of the male employees, who was overweight, yelled at me and my husband, he left the desk where he was staying behind to confront us while screaming in a very violent way. His verbal attack made us feel very unpleasantly and his aggressive and abusive behaviour towards us made us feel obliged to pay for the aforementioned unfair charge in order not to miss our flight. We should have taken a picture of the car when we rented it. Nevertheless, we won't rent a car from Green Motion again in our lives.
