Probably the worst car hire company I’ve dealt with globally. Used the Newcastle airport branch.
Very smug staff. Defended errors. Did check the car pre hire. Inside rear not properly cleaned.
A pricing policy that relies upon charging for wear and tear.
Unrealistically high deposits and poor credit card procedures.
No a customer focused organisation.
Don’t use them!
