The cars are new and since we don’t drive far the mileage limit suits us, which makes them the cheapest. We have used them a number of times so are used to the issues at pick up and return. We always prepurchase excess insurance and refuse theirs which is overpriced. If you pre-register and upload all the relevant documents pick up is very smooth. If you don’t do this the process is much more painful.
These are our first choice rental company when we fly to the UK.
